Christine Todd Whitman former Governor of NJ and head of the EPA is retiring and moving back home after championing clean water, cleaner air and a balance between the environment, future and nature with jobs, commerce and innvovation. We salute Christine for a job well done. WashGuys will conintue to champion the clean water of our country in our industry as we have for so long. http://www.carwashguys.com/tour_epa.shtml . Chirstine has one last job to do before she leaves and that is to give Fred Smith of Fed Ex and his team a giant hug for using the free market and challenge to drive cleaner vehicles. The FedEx Companies put out a challenge that they would buy 18,000 vehciles if someone could come up with a vehicle that put out 90% less emissions and used 50% less fuel. Well guess what, someone did it. A company out of Cleveland; ------ http://www.bizjournals.com/memphis/stories/2003/05/19/daily6.html?f=et67 . All I can say is wow, all the laws in CA and with the EPA and everything and behold, free enterprise did it on their own, thanks to the power and energy and dirve of the entreprenuer. I am impressed and man do you have to get up early to impress me. Look here is the facts, the rules and deadlines could not be met by way of regulation and threats and fear of prosecution and higher fees, fines and taxes, yet one man who believes in this country, in our people in our will and destiny, one man and team driven to excellence, go read "The World on Time" History of Fed Ex. This team should be in the highest think tanks and have the ear of the top leaders of our country. This worked when nothing else did. Thanks to Christine for putting up the challenger without the threats and thanks to the world class entreprenuers only found in the United States of America, the problems have been solved, WOW, WOW, WOW. Very awesome. When government works with business instead of attacking we are unlimited to what we can do. Our industrial might won WWII. We have built this country trough Free Enterprise, it is the only answer that works, and it works beautiful when allowed too, when un encombered. There should be credit given to these great people who not only have made millions but brought so much to all of us. You can breath easy when government, consumers and businesses work together in a seemless way to bring us everything we want, keep us free and expand our horizons with regards to quality of life, consumer choices and abilty to attain our American Dreams through hard work, perserverance and committment to purpose. God Bless Christine Todd Whitman for standing her ground. Bush is right, you are okay. http://www.dailyprincetonian.com/archives/2003/02/21/news/7389.shtml ------- Now how would a guy who washes cars know of such things? ---- http://www.carwashguys.com/solution.pdf ----- http://www.carwashguys.com/081502_3.shtml ---- http://www.carwashguys.com/0102402_2.shtml ----- http://www.carwashguys.com/0031603_11.shtml ----- http://www.carwashguys.com/073102_6.shtml ----- http://www.carwashguys.com/081402_2.shtml ----- http://www.carwashguys.com/0112102_1.shtml ----- http://www.carwashguys.com/tour_berkeley.shtml ------ http://www.carwashguys.com/082902_2.shtml ------ http://www.carwashguys.com/vegasepa.shtml ----- http://www.carwashguys.com/073102_2.shtml ----- http://www.carwashguys.com/081202_2.shtml ------ http://www.carwashguys.com/cyoung.shtml ---- http://www.carwashguys.com/0100802_8.shtml ----- http://www.carwashguys.com/0030203_3.shtml ---- Anyway rather than posting anohter 50 or so links I think you get the idea. We are the future and we will continue, we have great roll models in the Fed Ex Team and Christine Todd Whitman. This is my opinion, Thanks for listening.
