Well before we get heavy into the discussion at hand I would like to point you to a couple of previous posts here. Why will it work. Because using a Matrix Grid and finding out where phone calls were made, when and where the possible terrorists went, you can determine what they may strike and even guestimate when. Here is how. If you will recall the 9-11 Skyjacking Kamakazi SOBs toured the airport in Boston many times. flew from different locations several times picking planes a flights, learning to fly certain planes, renting certain cars. If you were tracking all the phone calls and only pciked up certain ones which discussed certain items then you would have prevented the 9-11 day event all together and the remaining possibles which could in country would have also all been rounded up by now. Also as in the DC shooters, you could have placed credit card transactions and phone calls made near the shootings and found a cell phone which recieved or transmitted calls from nearby each location and or use of a certain voice on a pay phone near locations of situations shootings etc. By mapping this information to location based and time sensitive locations. It would be rather easy. To locate them. As a matter fo fact you could locate anyone, even if they skipped through time, pretend I did not say that, but it is possible and not a too different scenario that you read about when discussing spys in our country called sleepers. You could collect data over long periods of time and even find those people. After all we know we have sleepers here still and a sleeper cell of terrorists is the same. Even if the activities that might get them caught are far and few between. By using a grid and then placing each possible tip along with the voice data to text you could literally find anyone. And you could have deep cover practices by using military personal or paid individuals who traveled around trying to be sneaky and practice finding them. Your basic hide and seak, thus you could have someone who was raised in another country, watch the ideas that came to mind avioding the system based on profiles of ethnic decent, part of the world, religion, language, levels of health and sport and various habits to all men. This is not difficult at all. It is the same when data mining customers from layers of information in car washing. Number of cars per household, areas of employment, mobility of clientele, areas of congregation in recreational activities and meetings. If someone crossed too many patterns you go and give them a look see. Bingo, how many possibles are there when you tighten up the data. But with this technology it will also recognize the voice and put that person back on the same page. All this coupled with identifying people by signatures, such as electromagnetic signatures, movement profiles, facial features, retina, finger prints, distances between limbs,height, teeth, etc. you see how easy this is in the future. And it would not have to be anything like Minority Report the movie because it would all be silent and collected and stored and maybe never recalled, it would be a history line by line of the human race, so much so that you could duplicate it later if you wished for future generations, movie makers, documentaries, etc. What was life like, what slang was used, you name it. And the terrorists, trying to be sneaky, well they would think that someone had a crystal ball or it was just magic, dang, that would be totally cool. Here today gone to Guantanomo Bay. Gotta loive technology. Just some thoughts on the safety of the American People. Things are getting exciting.
