In keeping with the cutting edge mind of strategic thinking and the correlation to business strategy with the chess board. “WashGuy.com and its predecessor company have forced an estimated 380 competing companies to exit the marketplace. Mr. Winslow takes nothing for granted and does not believe in luck, believing business is a three dimensional chess game whose rules change every minute and every move effects every other and that there are new undiscovered moves awaiting those who study the theory of the game, he loves it. ” ---- I have modified the rules of the millennium Three-Dimensional Chess Game http://www.geocities.com/william_dagostino/Millennium_3D_Chess.pdf and inserted three rules of the Star Trek 3-D Chess Game rules ---- http://www.chessvariants.com/3d.dir/startrek.html ---- http://my.ohio.voyager.net/~abartmes/tactical.htm ----. Here is how the board is constructed. --- http://www.chessvariants.com/3d.dir/starboard.html --- Now how I have designed it is there are not eight levels like in this game. http://www.hixoxih.com/games/chess/3D8L.htm but there are 11 levels due to Steven Hawkins eleven dimensions theory. Now here are the additional changes to make it resemble business more. First as you remember each piece has a numerical value. For instance a Bishop is worth three and a Castle is worth five. Any time a piece worth five is taken, any board on any level can be pivoted towards any position, in other words it can be spun around to a different direction. If a 3 point piece is taken by your opponent he can also move any odd numbered board by pivoting. A pawn taken can also move the boards but only to one of the nearest sides. And only at even board levels. The pawns still can only move the direction they were originally facing. Pawns can move levels up or down only or forward only, not both simultaneously. This game now resembles the game of business more realistically. When a queen is captured the boards can be interchanged to face any direction as part of that move to capture. When a king is put in check the opponent may also switch board sequencing, but if he does the other player may take out an entire board and it does not have to be replaced unless the opponent that was in put in check captures a piece worth three or more points. This is a mind game totally and requires lots of concentration. Although no one has ever played these rules, I have played my self and therefore I always win.
