Always negotiate from a position of strength. We do not need a country which will make their major export product nuclear weapons and sell to anyone who is willing to buy them. No games, no playing around. Get it done. Eliminate the border threat from North Korea they have one million troops facing off against South Korea. Eliminate the Nuclear Generators and eliminate the possible manufacturing facilities, eliminate the leadership and tell China to stand down, Go get them. We need to completely eliminate all their weapons, hydro craft, aircraft, tanks, vehicles, burn the corn crops, wheat and then remove the regime and get rid of the border and have a new government set up under South Korea. Either they do exactly what we say or we go in as the most ruthless and intense force ever seen in the history of this planet. NO Prisoners, absolute quickness and instantaneous elimination of any and all "POSSIBLE" Threats. Not probable, not confirmed, not known. ALL POSSIBLE, "ALL" every thing all at once, nano second split timing, turn off the satellites, communications, and wipe out all obstinance, game playing, regime leaders and let the world know, no more games, none. Strength and Honor.
