Natual Decoys for UAVs could easily be done using natural migratory birds. Scaring your enemy into believing that many hundreds if not thousands of inbound UAVs are on the way or if they fly in formation a huge military Bomber or transport plane, thus scrambling fighters, which would then be simply eliminated from the present period. The diversion technique down three times in a row might yeild your enemy a ignoring tactic towards the actual Bomber. For instance a stealth plane which can be seen by older radar systems such as the one in Australia on a practice run. So then a B-2 could be seen and fighters could be scrambled to intercept, probably never get close enough, but it could be an issue. By using Migratory birds which are launched in waves you could send signals from the front group to the next two groups and it would simulate the flying Aircraft or if doen several times, might appear to be several or more aircraft or multiple squadrons. If the birds were used at normal flying speeds and only one flock, then it might be assumed a massive UAV swarm. We should be continuing this development using our friends of feather by capturing the flock and strapping a band which would be picked up to seach of their feet which would decay within a few days and fall off. If you have other diversionary ideas send them to me at Lance@carwashguys.com
