For many moons we have been discussing the unbelievable attitude we have gooten from the worthless regulators and bureacuracy of CA government. Total Socialists. Well the Hammer and sickle crowd looks as if it will soon have a headless horseman leader as Gray Davis is going to be thrown out on his ass (butt, for those gentlemen rading this article). Maybe he should be thrown out on his head although some might say they are the same>? Without bad mouthing the intellectually challenged and fradulent and misleading advertiser, I would like ot discuss why we have seen this trend before it ever reached the headlines. http://www.bizjournals.com/sacramento/stories/2003/08/04/daily20.html?f=et76 This is simply a verification of our own inhouse studies of California economy. Where are the Californians leaving too? Well here is where we have seen imigrants. Boise, Kechum, Idaho Falls, ID. Salt Lake City. Bozeman and Missoula, MT;Spokane, Kennewick, WA. With the biggest trendy mirgratory places including Spanish Springs, Carson City, Reno and Sparks NV. With also net increases in areas such as Fallon, Fernley and other North West areas of NV. The biggest winner is Las Vegas Suburbs. The areas of Anthem and Seven Hills are exactly what Californians long for. But also Summerlin, Centennial and Green Valley have not only grown but the housing prices have made quick equity for those who lost jobs sold out and bought on 3% down into the Las Vegas Market. We obviousl have been studying this for a while. We also realize such socialist countries as WA and OR also have led to the increase as well as areas of Chicago as snow birds decided to give it a whirl for year round living. NY also moving in from NYC from fear of terror. I cannot vouch that Las Vegas is all that much better, but it probably is a little safer there. http://www.truckwashguy.com/vegasexpansion.shtml and http://www.detailguys.com/nw63.shtml . What is interesting about all this study is the same reason Californians are moving to NV, is exactly what Nevada Legislature is trying to do now: http://www.kolotv.com/news/headlines/396227.html and http://billstclair.com/blog/vin/010814.html . We already now that once Californians get pissed off you are in deep trouble, like the British and the games to keep the tea market strong. Who else is growing? Well take a look at the new Trilogy Golf Course and Queen Creek. And take a look at Goodyear and Glendale the two fastest Maricopa County growing cities. Maricopa County is the second fastest growing county in the US next too, Clark County in Las vegas area. Maricopa is basically Pheonix and suburbs. We saw this about five years back; http://www.detailguys.com/nw81.shtml and where else in the World can you raise your prices in the middle of a recession and get away with it? http://www.detailguys.com/nw80.shtml . http://www.detailguys.com/nw70.shtml . Phoenix is also home ot the nicest and most expensive truck wash in the world, no we do not own it, but we love it; http://www.truckwashguy.com/dannys.shtml . All the growth in NV and PHX, could have belonged to CA, and the new growth actually looks like it could easily be in CA. And CA has had lots of growth in North East San Diego, San Bernadino and Sacramento, although the housing bubble is serious and the people are leaving as CA cannot even keep their Ryder, Uhaul and Penske trucks in stock, sending hundreds of drivers by bus to drive the back or offering free one way to Los Angeles and San Francisco. I saw an add for free one way driving to CA from NV, you can have a free trip and fly back. But no one in NV wants to go back to CA, been there done that. Now with license fees on cars tripled, Gray Davis has sealed his fate in the Political graveyard of failures. This email is opinion, deal with it Gray !!!
