Well we have law suits over water rights and droughts, flooded out residents, Hurricane warnings, Late Rain season on West Coast and El Nino promised to wash Malibu, CA into the ocan for the fifth time? What is really going on? Global Warming? Maybe, but the Solar Flares and Space Weather also is playing a factor in the cycles.
