We have been watching auto dealerships pop-up all over the Phoenix metro as the suburbs explode with new housing tracts, we counted over 39 new tracts. We met with John from Superstition Springs Toyota about cleaning all the cars from customers getting service, detailing trade-ins and talked about a new Dealership of another brand he was setting up and near by. It is incredible how hard this guy works, but when things are hot, it is time to go for it. John is not a slacker. With Queen Creek growing into a real city and Trilogy Golf and Country Club as the anchor everyone is moving in from Wal-Mart to 24 hour fitness. Our team has already launched on that side of town and is already busy as can be. This dealership is poised to be the largest Toyota Dealership in AZ by years end, and we are determining what we can do to make that happen immediately.
