Very excellent, yet not understanding that the CEO who is one with the customer should not be degraded to the level of incompetency. Just because an advertising exec has been successful doe not mean they are more brilliant than the team that is making it happen.

It talked about the internet .com crowd and their mistakes and ignorance to building brand and selling online. There is a difference. The book was excellent review of past screw up and how to focus on the job at hand. Getting the customer to buy, keeping the customer and staying in the fast lane to beat the competition. Great book. I will recommend it. It is a best seller on the business book list. Recommended by financial times too.
