Well I like fishing and we have developed a business opportunity for fisher men turned boat cleaners? Check it out. http://www.carwashguys.com/boatlaunch.shtml and yah that’s me in the pictures? I also like to water ski, but NO this is not me in this picture: http://www.aircraftwashguys.com/team7.shtml . But seriously we are not the only ones keeping an eye out while working on the water. The Fishing police are on the scene too, but really this is nothing new: http://www.thejournalnews.com/newsroom/041504/a0115deppolice.html are protecting our water supplies, which is great considering during this drought as you might have been reading lately and the fabulous piece in the USA Today showed we are lacking in the water supplies. And here is our take on the importance of water: http://www.parthe.net/_cwg1003/00000014.htm . We should be concerned also as underground aquifers fill in there will be issues with collapses of underground empty pockets, meaning possible Earthquakes like in Coalinga, CA when they took out all the Oil? Earthquakes coming by Sept. 5 in Los Angeles? Could be, lots of supporting data: http://www.spacedaily.com/news/tectonics-04d.html . Arthur C Clarke discussed this in his books and it appears we are making some headway on this stuff. There are a lot of things mother-nature has to offer that can knock us off our foundation. But there are things mankind is also doing to shake our civilization to it’s core. And that brings to me to something else in the news, which bothers me. Mr. ES. Is this going to be Elliot Spitzer’s “Bridge Too Far” Elliot Spitzer “The Man Who Would be King?”. I question the attacking of American Markets when we have a war to fight? Mark my words, he over stepped his place. America and the will of the American Spirit and the family heritage of those noble warriors who founded this country, they may not always be right, but they believe in America. I question what is happening here in this article. You do not attack the Blue Bloods and the corporation heads of the money, which holds the World together and expect to live to tell about it. Our monetary system runs the world. Do not smear the names of those who run the world across the pages of the world press for your own personal gain. How dare he step out of bounds. Sure there have been issues, now let’s work to correct it, not keep up these attacks. This is crazy, Elliot Spitzer, wants to be king, in the middle of terrorism around the world? These men we need, we need them to make the world stable, these men control the stability of the worlds financial markets. You have a problem sit down and talk, write a letter about your ideas for the market. How constructive is arresting Martha Stewart? Dick Grasso lost his job, Reed came in and got things back under control, they are working to upgrade, now you want to tear down the country, someone ought to send you, Elliot, to South Africa to feed the homeless? ------------- Suit against Grasso nears; Komansky, Fuld subpoenaed “The inside word is that regulators aim to file suit against Dick Grasso, the disgraced former head of the NYSE, by the end of the month. Both sides are apparently digging in. Regulators are apparently upping the stakes. New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer has sent subpoenas to NYSE directors who had a hand in approving Grasso's controversial pay package, including David Komansky, former CEO of Merrill Lynch; Richard Fuld Jr., CEO of Lehman Brothers; and Maurice R. Greenberg, CEO of AIG. Apparently, all three have been deemed less than cooperative by prosecutors, hence the subpoenas. As for Grasso, he isn't budging. He still feels he deserves the pay, which was approved by an all-star cast of directors. Few people expect a settlement. If it goes to trial, it will be a doozy.” ----------- Hello and excuse me, do you know how many people immigrated to this country to make a better life, came to Ellis Island, in over packed boats, some died on the journey in the hold and they threw them over board? My ancestors on the Mayflower, do you realize what it took to build this country? Now Elliot wants to attack those who run our financial system. What on Earth are we doing here? Why do we keep attacking? Why do we listen to this crap? Grasso was fired already, done deal. Elliot, you want to run for President put your hat in the ring, let’s see how long you last? I predict a hard fall for Elliot Spitzer and an even harder one for those who emulate him. Next subject, this one makes me sick to my stomach, speaking of stomachs. Well I started the Akins Diet and it makes you thinner and it makes your very thirsty. For so long we seemed to have been lied to by the educational system to eat a certain way. Well Dr. Akins is dead so no one can attack him anymore. They continually go after other Doctors who help people lose weight calling them quacks for instance Dr. Clarke in OH. But it appears the regulators have found a way to attack Atkins even after his death, just use a different agency and a different company with the same name? Sure why not, let’s close all the companies which have Atkins in their name when the real problem is the diet that the government needs to go on. Check out this story? ATKINS FINED FOR UNSAFE SCAFFOLDING. JACKSON - The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Atkins Masonry Inc. after finding the company used "dangerously unsafe scaffolding" at a Hattiesburg construction site. I found out that there is a lawyer who is trying for a class action suit with some former workers there and this is all he needed to rape and pillage the company? Wonder if he is the one who complained? The only thing unsafe in Jackson, MS is the lack of jobs after the World Com deal, now this? Please spare me OSHA? Are you going to hire all those workers to work at OSHA? I bet you would if you thought you might get more budget money next year? What does OSHA stand for, shouldn’t it be OHSHIT, looky what we found? A nail on the ground at a construction site? That is a violation, that will be a $1,000 fine. Even though it fell out of the OSHA inspectors pocket since he tried to steal it from the job site. As a matter of fact there was an OSHA inspector who would go to construction sites by day and come back and steal building materials by night? It figures? Why do we even pay these people to go and harass businesses when they levy a tax on all of society by increasing the cost of everything we buy and then go back at night in their off time and break the law they are sworn to protect, Abuse of power, Oh, I’d say just a little? Kind of makes you want to fly off the handle. Speaking of flying: Private Pilots getting the shaft? Yep, and general aviation has been getting blamed for a whole lot, why not downsize the FAA? http://www.usatoday.com/news/opinion/editorials/2004-04-14-our-view_x.htm . Over taxing general aviation will kill it, why not have the FAA try Atkins? We wish people would understand if you kill all the industries there will be nothing to wash; http://www.AircraftWashGuys.com . And who is going to pay the bills then? Hmmm Who? Speaking of bills; The Highway Bill passed, toll ways didn’t, good. http://www.ttnews.com/members/topNews/0011338.html . We need to pay attention to the flows of transportation to you know? http://www.parthe.net/_cwg1003/00000020.htm and with the increased flow and the increased fuel costs, which is burdening the economy. Doesn’t that mean higher tax revenues since the tax is a percentage of the fuel costs so when it rises more money for the roads and transportation departments right? Well if it is allocated properly it does, so shouldn’t the money for general aviation also increase due to fuel taxes and the trucking industry also meaning more money to repair serious issues with our aging infrastructure? After all fuel is used for everything right? http://www.parthe.net/_cwg1003/00000020.htm . These fuel costs affect our business too since we are mobile: http://www.carwashguys.com and our customers too: http://www.truckwashguy.com . Maybe with some of this money we can prevent accidents, saving on healthcare costs and injuries too? RFID cuts down on accidents too: http://www.rfidjournal.com/article/articleview/866/1/1/ . There is a lot going on in with intelligent transportation these days, we ought to be borrowing this technology for other future uses in robotics and UAVs, since the auto industry spends big bucks on this stuff and we can use this technology by way of transfer to all kinds of stuff, here are just some of the new stuff being done: http://www.parthe.net/_cwg1003/0000005e.htm and http://www.parthe.net/_cwg1203/0000005e.htm and just yesterday this hit our radar screen: Valea Launches Lane Departure Technology at New York Auto Show. Source: PRNewswire (press release) – USA. Valea will be the firstsystem for passenger vehicles to feature lane departure warning technology in North America. The system consists of a miniature video sensor that uses new technology. http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl?ACCT=109&STORY=/www/story/04-12-2004/0002149695&EDATE= We should be using these technologies which makes me think of another spin on the definition of luck: “It is better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one than to have an opportunity and not be prepared.” -Whitney Young, Jr., 1922-1971, American Social Reformer. This is why I say let’s use this stuff for any thing that makes sense? Shall we? http://www.parthe.net/_cwg1003/0000006a.htm . With all the Research and Development our greatest companies have, why not reward them instead of harassing them and causing regulatory fines? Speaking of companies and R and D in automotive sectors: Go get them PPG: Go get them PPG: http://www.bizjournals.com/milwaukee/stories/2004/04/12/daily38.html?f=et68 This it there Glass and coatings division. Very impressive and this is also partly due to the ceramic coatings for future cars, self cleaning glass and other incredible innovations. Many Auto shops also sell replacement glass and they know the power that PPG carries in those markets. The more glass on the road the more car washes which are needed; http://www.carwashguys.com . Well those are the thoughts of the day, anyone having a comment, can email me. Make sure you are studied up if you care to debate; Lance@carwashguys.com Because we are and cannot wait. But smile we are all on the same team.
