Auto Makers change their models nearly every four or five years and often change body styles every two or three years these days. Staying up on all of it is tough. Also if you constantly visit the Automakers websites you can see from their advertising when they plan on pulling a fast one and staart talking about 10,000 mile oil change intervals which will affect your business. being able to talk to customers about the latest models or future models can help you develop report with your customers which will build loyalty and repeat business and most of all good referrals.
